Structured water (H₃O₂) and bioelectricity: the forgotten foundation of health

🔍 Introduction

Water – a component that makes up about 70% of adult body weight – has for decades been viewed mainly as a passive medium for metabolic processes. We were taught that H₂O is a “neutral solvent” that transports electrolytes and participates in temperature regulation. Meanwhile, the most important discoveries of recent decades contradict this narrative. Living organisms are dominated not by classical liquid water, but by EZ (Exclusion Zone) structured water, which forms an ordered semi-crystalline matrix at the interface with biological membranes (Pollack, 2013).

“Water in a living organism is not a liquid. It is a structure. It has memory, voltage and behaves like a capacitor.” – Pollack, G. H. (2013). The Fourth Phase of Water. Seattle: Ebner and Sons.

🧪 What is EZ water (H₃O₂)?

Research by Prof. Gerald Pollack’s team at the University of Washington has shown that water near hydrophilic surfaces (e.g., cell membranes, blood vessels, fascia) enters a fourth phase – it forms an ordered structure with a chemical composition similar to H₃O₂, more viscous, denser and negatively charged (Zheng et al., 2006).

Key features of EZ water:

  • is formed in the presence of infrared (IR) light,
  • Acts as an electrical capacitor (creates voltage gradients),
  • Does not require pumps – can cause fluid movement on its own,
  • Acts as a carrier of information in the biological system.

“EZ water is not merely water. It is a charged, information-storing, structure-forming matrix fundamental to life.” – Zheng, J.-M., Chin, W.-C., Khijniak, E., & Pollack, G. H. (2006). Advances in Colloid and Interface Science, 127(1), 19-27.

“Water in this form not only stores energy, but also generates and transfers it. This changes the fundamental assumptions of physiology.” (Pollack, 2013, p. 124)

Water as a carrier of energy and information

Pollack showed that exposure to infrared light increases the volume of the EZ layer and simultaneously generates electrical voltage – without pumping or mechanical motion (Zheng et al., 2006). This explains phenomena observed as early as the 1930s by Rudolf Steiner and Viktor Schauberger, who postulated the existence of living, “intelligent” water as a carrier of life energy (Steiner, 1920; Schauberger, 1946).

Importantly, this ordered water can be created and sustained by factors such as infrared radiation, electromagnetic fields, ground contact (grounding) and the presence of minerals (Klinghardt, 2017).

🧬 The biological role of EZ water

Understanding the role of EZ water is changing the outlook on physiology and disease. This water not only transports, but organizes and energizes biological systems. Its presence influences:

🔹 1. Blood and lymph circulation

Before a heart appears in the embryo, blood is already circulating – electrophoretically driven by the EZ (Forouhar et al., 2006).

🔹 2. Intercellular communication

EZ water acts as a conduction medium for electromagnetic waves and oscillations, enabling ultrafast information exchange between cells (Del Giudice & Preparata, 1998).

🔹 3. transportation of substances and signals

It forms charge layers around cellular structures that promote selective transport of molecules.

“Biological surfaces are ideal environments for EZ formation, suggesting that almost all cellular processes are modulated by this form of water.” (Zheng et al., 2006, p. 49)

⚡ Water as an energy system

EZ water stores and transfers energy. When exposed to IR light, it increases its volume and generates electrical voltage:

“The buildup of charge separation in EZ water generates voltages up to 200 mV – sufficient to perform biological work”. – Pollack, G. H. (2013). The Fourth Phase of Water.

This explains why sun exposure, grounding or movement – increase the subjective feeling of energy. This is not a psychological effect, but the result of increased EZ structure.

🌱 How to support EZ water in the body?

The following practices support the creation of structured EZ water:

☀️ 1. sunlight and infrared light

IR radiation (4-10 µm) is one of the most important EZ stimulators (Zheng et al., 2006).

🧘‍♀️ 2. diaphragm movement and breathing

Breathing activates fascial and lymphatic movement, helping to transport and structure water (Oschman, 2000).

🧂 3. minerals and electrolytes

Structured water needs ions: sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium act as EZ catalysts (Klinghardt, 2017).

🥒 4. raw vegetables and fruits

Plants already contain naturally structured water – cucumbers, watermelons and aloe vera are “ready-made EZ.”

🦶 5. grounding and earth contact

Ground contact equalizes charges and promotes stabilization of the EZ structure (Chevalier et al., 2012).

🌀 PEMF versus structured water: how does MIM-2 work?

The MIM-2 Modular Magnetic Impulsator generates an electromagnetic field with frequencies close to natural biological bands (e.g., Schumann resonance – 7.83 Hz). Studies show that such a field:

  • Stabilizes water structure (Sharma & Maier, 2019),
  • Improves cellular conductivity,
  • Supports transport and regeneration under conditions of low bioelectrical voltage.

“Low-frequency PEMF can enhance the structural coherence of interfacial water, mimicking IR exposure and boosting cellular function.” – Sharma, R., & Maier, M. (2019). Bioelectromagnetics, 40(1), 76-89.

MIM-2 users often feel a “warming” sensation and flow, even though the device does not emit heat – this is the effect of a local increase in EZ and bioelectricity.

🧠 Water as memory and resonance

Masaru Emoto’s research, while controversial in mainstream science, confirms an intuitive belief: water responds to vibration, sound and intention (Emoto, 2005). This resonates with the idea that the structure of water in our bodies can be modulated by the information environment: emotions, stress, music, thoughts.

“Water not only conducts life. It remembers them.” – Emoto, M. (2005). The Hidden Messages in Water. New York: Atria Books.

🧲 Magnetism and water: ancient intuition, modern physics

Numerous ancient systems of medicine (Ayurveda, Chinese medicine) intuitively understood that water can be “enlivened” through contact with stones, spiral motion or magnetism. Modern physics confirms that electromagnetic fields affect the dipole orientation of water molecules, changing their optical and structural properties (Chaplin, 2007). PEMF applied by MIM-2 can therefore support not only the body, but also the quality of water consumed or stored in its vicinity, giving rise to new applications – such as energizing body fluids “from the outside in.”

“Dynamic magnetic field can affect physicochemical parameters of water, such as surface tension, viscosity and structure of water clusters.” – Chaplin, M. (2007). The Structure of Water. London South Bank University. https://www1.lsbu.ac.uk/water/water_structure_science.html

🧬 From structure to consciousness: the information hypothesis

A growing number of researchers have postulated that the structure of water in organisms can carry biological information and even participate in consciousness processes. Del Giudice and Montagnier’s research suggests that water can record electromagnetic frequencies emitted by DNA and pass them on – opening up a whole new approach to quantum biology and energy medicine (Montagnier et al., 2011). In this context, the action of MIM-2 can be seen as restoring information order in the human water system – by tuning into the biological “body language.”

“Water acts as a medium to store and transmit biological information. It is the matrix of cellular consciousness.” – Montagnier, L., Aïssa, J., Lavallee, C., et al. (2011). DNA waves and water. Journal of Physics: Conference Series, 306, 012007. https://doi.org/10.1088/1742-6596/306/1/012007

🌐 Water and the electromagnetic environment – a silent conflict

Today’s human environment – filled with Wi-Fi waves, 5G signals, artificial LED lights and screens – disrupts the natural electromagnetic field we evolved in for thousands of years. Studies indicate that chronic exposure to unnatural frequency bands impairs EZ water quality and can lead to symptoms such as brain fog, fatigue and sleep disturbances (Pall, 2016). The use of devices such as the MIM-2, which emits fields consistent with the biological norm (e.g., 4-12 Hz), is therefore becoming not only a therapeutic option, but even a necessity in the context of protecting the indoor environment from modern technological stress.

“The impact of electromagnetic fields at unnatural frequencies disrupts the structure of water in intracellular spaces, reducing bioelectricity and regenerative capacity.” – Pall, M. L. (2016). Microwave frequency electromagnetic fields (EMFs) produce widespread neuropsychiatric effects. Journal of Chemical Neuroanatomy, 75, 43-51. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jchemneu.2015.08.001

🧭 Summary: The biology of the future begins with water

Structured water is not a theory – it is a paradigm-shifting fact. The body does not work like a mechanical device with a pump and tubes. It is a complex energy and information system, where structured, electric EZ water plays a central role.

Technologies such as MIM-2, which support EZ formation and stability, can restore the body’s natural state of bioelectric coherence – without the need for pharmacology. A return to light, movement, breath and magnetic energy is a return to a forgotten physiology.
