In particular, the warranty is not available in the case of:

• Damage due to use of the product not in accordance with its intended use,
• mechanical damage: including housing, switches, cables,
• Getting wet, the device is not waterproof,
• Damage from battery replacement while the device is on!

Battery replacement only when the device is turned off!

• Use other than the recommended power source such as power supplies or unapproved batteries! Recommended carbon-zinc batteries,
• damages occurring after the release of the product to the Buyer due to reasons beyond the control of the Guarantor, in particular, fortuitous events and acts of God or acts of persons beyond the control of the Guarantor,
• mechanical damage caused during unloading, installation and commissioning of the product,
• damage caused by alterations and modifications, independent repairs to the product,
• damages occurring after the discovery of the defect and not reported to the Guarantor.

Remember to replace the battery / battery pack correctly.

Terms of Service:

1. Having an account on 5lat.mim-2.co.uk is a requirement to realize the extended 5-year warranty.
2. The account must be set up within a certain period of time after purchasing the device. If the warranty card does not state otherwise it is 6 months.
3. If you have more than one mim two you can update your profile with more receipts.
4. An account can be created only once. Cancellation during means that the device in question cannot be registered again.
5. The account must be fully activated, with a click on the activation link that will come in the email, and active for the duration of the warranty commitment.
6. The email address must be your primary one. From it only you will be able to make warranty claims.
7. Warranty rights can be exercised only upon presentation of a completed and valid warranty card.
8. The administrator of your personal data will be MAGNET MEDIC Tomasz Fiedoruk, based in 78-550 Czaplinek, ul. Dworcowa 19, NIP 2530148533, (hereinafter Administrator).
9. You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability.
10. Your data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 paragraph. 1(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO).
11. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Consent is necessary to take advantage of the 5-year warranty on the MIM-2, and refusal to do so is tantamount to waiving the extended warranty.
12. The personal data controller on behalf of the Administrator is the Administrator. The inspector can be contacted by phone (60406080) or by email (kontakt@magnet-medic.pl).
13. We will only keep your data until you give us permission to do so.
